• While we do our best to make each order special, if you have ordered from us before, you may receive some of the same items from previous orders.
• Please note, since each box is a fun surprise filled with random items, this experience might not be the best fit if you prefer to choose exactly what you’re getting.

Feel free to share things like favorite colors, the name of the person receiving the gift, age, special occasion, or your social media handle if you would like to be tagged in case your order is selected to be featured on our social media.
Please note that we are a very small business, and while we always do our best to consider your notes, due to our limited stock we may not be able to fulfill every request.
If you have many requests such as no jewelry, no hair accessories, only one specific color, etc., we suggest not ordering the 22 Bloom Mystery Cards, as we may not be able to accommodate all requests with that option.

📦 – How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
You can also track your order anytime HERE using your order number and email address.
* Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. After your order is placed, all confirmations, updates, and future communication regarding your order will be sent to that email.
💌 – Can’t find my order confirmation email?
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If your confirmation email is still missing, contact us HERE and we will be happy to help.
🎥 – Will my order be recorded?
Orders are randomly selected to be featured on our social media; not all will be recorded. If yours is selected, the video will be shared after delivery so your surprise remains special.
🛍️ – Can I request items without bags?
Yes! Most items come bagged from the manufacturer, but you can leave a note at checkout under Order Special Instructions, and we’ll remove the bags and pack your items unbagged whenever possible.
