1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All sales from Bloom Mystery Box are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law.

2. Product Nature and Expectations

Bloom Mystery Boxes are intended as a curated surprise experience. Each box contains randomly selected items, and contents may vary from box to box. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that items will meet specific personal preferences or requests.

We do not guarantee individual perceptions of quality, value, enjoyment, or satisfaction. No promise is made regarding the monetary value, condition, or suitability of any individual item. 
If surprises aren’t your thing, you prefer to know exactly what’s inside, or if you feel our products may not meet your personal expectations, we encourage you to consider carefully before purchasing, as this experience may not be the right fit for you.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution, is granted solely at our discretion. Approval of a replacement or other remedy in one instance does not create any obligation to provide similar remedies in the future.

We are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier, improper handling by the customer, or any circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellation

No cancellations are allowed after an order has been shipped.

In exceptional cases, a pre-shipment cancellation may be considered at our discretion. A fee of 5% of the total order value will apply to cover payment processing costs.

Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

5. Orders Placed in Error

If an order is placed for the wrong item or for an item the customer did not intend to purchase, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review their order carefully before completing the purchase and to contact us with any questions prior to checkout.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. However, in rare cases, a refund may be approved solely at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, and we are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment processors.

If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved and the funds have not been received, please contact us at bloommysterybox@gmail.com for assistance.

Approval of a refund in any instance does not create any obligation to issue refunds in the future.
